Description Villa Mulberry Retreat is an attractive 3 bedroom villa with a superb position on the heart of Coral Bay and a roof garden with see views . Ideally located just a short stroll from a choice of 3 beautiful sandy beaches , as well as several restaurants and bars , you will have everything you need nearby . Back at the villa you will have your own private pool and plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy . Wifi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included . The Space The Villa is accessed via a small road from the main street , with few steps leading up to the front door . Guest Access The spacious kitchen , dining and living area is open plan in style and comfortably furnished with 2 sofas , a flat screen TV and dining table with chairs . 2 sets of sliding doors open out the side terrace , ideal for easy access to the BBQ area as well as allowing plenty of natural light to fill the room . There is also a door opening from the living area to a small covered terrace at the front of the villa . The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped for preparing those tasty holiday meals. You'll find a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance of your villa, while the bustling centre of Coral Bay is just a 5 minute walk or short drive away. Here you'll find an even greater selection of restaurants and bars as well as a number of souvenir shops. For beach lovers, the beautiful Corallia and Coral Bay beaches are only 15 minutes' walk away, and the popular resort of Paphos is just 25 minutes' drive away. Winter or monthly deals come at 30% cheaper for 28 days or longer but electricity charge might go to guests !
