The apartment is located in the mountain cottage Švadlenka in the Giant Mountains National Park, right on the slopes of the ski resort Lysá hora in Rokytnice Horní domky. In the ski area there are 2 cable cars, 6 lifts and slopes of all levels. In winter, the cottage is accessible by snowmobile or snow scooter (1 way with snowmobile or snow scooter is included from 7 nights, can be arranged by arrangement), parking is for a fee in winter and from the ski slope you can get to the cottage directly on skis. In summer, the cottage is accessible by car, parking is free.
The apartment has a separate lockable ski storage room, which can also be used as a bicycle storage.
