Beautiful, renovated and fully equipped 3+1 apt. in a historical building from 1877 in the spa center of Karlovy Vary, only 200m away from the main collonade and geyser. Apt. has 63m sq, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds + 2 on a couch, large 60 inch smart TV with netflix and 300mb/s wifi, kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge, bathroom with washing machine. Awesome view from the balcony. Apt. is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator and no parking by the house.
Patrik is local Czech native, born in Prague, Czech Republic. He received a Master degree in law from the Charles University in 2020 however he never really practised law. Instead he is working as a private tour guide in his family-owned company LucyTours (.com). Patrik speaks English, French and Czech.
Quiet area right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Infront of the house are a pharmacy and a minimarket. Few metres behind the house lies forrest. The house is located below the Stag Jump viewpoint, to which you can climb in a few minutes.
