Apartmán se nachází v nejžádanější lokalitě, umístěné na vyvýšené západní straně Olomouce, zasazen do udržované zeleně. Hned v sousedství je také menší park a je zde i dětské hřiště. Díky množství zeleně, ale zejména díky umístění je zde čistý vzduch. V blízkosti cca 4 min je také restaurace s kavárnou a letním venkovním posezením. Vedle je také zastávka MHD, která zaručuje dostupnost do celého města. Při hezkém počasí je možnost do města jít i procházkou, částečně přes rozsáhlý městský park, cca 25 min.
Ve vzdálenosti cca 5 min je velký supermarket vč. lékárny a Asijského bistra.
