Nice and spacious family/cottage house in nature of Šumava National Park. Kitchen is well equipped, the furniture/accessories is basic, but functional. The house is located near Studená Vltava, on the cycle track + in-line skate route Stožec-Nová Pec, groomed cross-country trails in winter, fireplace insert, grill, billiard, 4-person red-light infrared sauna, (+inflatable whirlpool - on request in winter in the garden or on the terrace), outdoor fireplace, trampoline, swing, playhouse for children. The property is fenced. Heating with a heat pump (SmartInvertor wallmount units) and additional heating with a fireplace insert (living area), direct heaters as backup. Electricity from solar panels 6kWp free of charge, electricity from the network (6CZK/kWh) is paid, municipal drinking water from artesian wells - 135CZK per 1m3. Wood available (uncut for free, briquettes for a fee of CZK 80 per package)
