Dům s několika terasami na břehu rybníka Peklo s výhledem na zámek zátoku a lesy. K dispozici lodě, paddleboardy, šlapadlo, pingpongový stůl, grily, sauny (od října 2025), vířivka, šipky, kola atd. Okolo cyklotrasy a pěší trasy.
Vila u rybníka v historickém městě Polná, kde se i Božena Němcová zamilovala, vdala se, založila rodinu a začala psát své první pohádky :) ...Historické město Polná plné kulturních, sportovních, relaxačních i poznávacích příležitostí velmi blízko přírody.
