BENSIMON are a combination of our nicknames (Ben & Simon). For many years we have been best friends and business partner. Since during our studies we used every free minute to travel the world together. So it was obvious when we weren’t in the city to rent our own apartments to tourists. From these rentals a lot of great friendships and experiences have emerged, so we have turned our hobby into a profession. Our mission is very simple since the beginning: Our job is to ensure you as our guests an unforgettable & perfect stay. You should feel like at home from the beginning and if you need something we care about. In this sense we wish you a great time in Berlin.

Property information

In the heart of Berlin awaits you this modern furnished 3-bedroom apartment (90sqm) with gallery charm. The apartment is located in Charlottenburg and is easily accessible from both the City-West and Berlin Mitte. The apartment can accommodate up to 9 people and has 3 separate bedrooms. Tegel Airport and the main train station are within easy reach. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find nice restaurants and bars, as well as various shops. The city tax fee applies to all overnight stays. It is 7,5% of the total booking price (net price) excluding VAT and fees for amenities and services. The tax is collected by us during the online check-in and then transferred to the state budget.

Neighbourhood information

The house in the Haubachstr. 17-19 was built around 1883-88 as an apartment building by the German architects Wilhelm Schöltz and Ernst Georg. Today this house is considered an historical-architectural monument due to it's neoclassical facade. The location with the direct proximity to the former West-Berlin city center and the Charlottenburg palace was very promising.  This beautiful area is well known for many small and unique galleries, artist's studios, wine shops and little manufactories. From the outset, our vision was to create a vibrant neighbourhood ambience from this studio, where visitors from all over the world feel at home from the first second.
