Hello, I am Lukas, managing director of 7SEAS APARTMENTS. I love to travel and appreciate good hospitality, as well as nice accommodations especially. That and nothing less is therefore also my incentive with my own apartments.

Property information

This great city apartment has recently been refurnished in great style and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good: Walking distance to the city center and at the same time in a pleasant neighborhood. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of our apartment. The apartment has a comfortable king-size bed, a big smart TV with Netflix, a desk and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and everything else you need. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-bathtub and there is also a washing machine in the house. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a 3rd and 4th guest with the comfortable sofa bed.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a very nice residential area. For example, in the neighborhood there is an elementary school.
