Our newly furnished apartment offers space for up to 4 people. On the large south-facing balcony you can enjoy your breakfast with the first rays of sunshine on the lounge and have a fantastic view of the Zugspietze. The west-facing balcony offers pure sunshine until 21:00 in the summer months, perfect for a sundowner on the cozy loungers. The apartment has a modern living room with pull-out couch, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with balcony access (baby bed on request), large bathroom with corner bath and shower and a separate WC. There is also a separate cellar compartment for your bicycles or skis, for example. Our kitchen has a fully automatic coffee machine with fresh beans. Lake Rottachsee can be reached by bike in 15 minutes via an idyllic gravel path. This is not only an excellent swimming lake, but also offers a fantastic sunset and barbecue area. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous hiking and cycling trails and other bathing lakes, including the Schwarzenberger-Weiher, which can be reached on foot from the apartment via a beautiful forest path. We will advise you individually according to your ideas and interests. The Alpspitz in Nesselwang is only 10km away and is definitely worth a visit.
