“Schöne Lage. Totzt zweiter Reihe ist ein Blick auf das Wasser möglich. Optimal, dass ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden ist. Der kleine Balkon ist dank einer sep. Verglasung (die man zur Seite schieben kann) auch eine Art Wintergarten.”
