At MEL&BENS we furnish and decorate flats with the intention of making our guests feel at home. Staying in a MEL&BENS flat feels (almost) like being at home. We furnish each of our flats as we would love to, to create a place to live in, not just to sleep in.

Property information

Our Deichblick apartment is in an attractive location in the Ostliche Vorstadt district, close to the Weser Stadium. On the 1st floor of an Art Nouveau house (built in 1903) you will find a spacious, light-flooded two-room apartment with a kitchen, full bathroom (including washing machine) and toilet. PLEASE NOTE: As is often the case in old Bremen houses, the toilet is located separately and can only be accessed via the hallway. Old elements, such as the original pitch pine floor, complement each other with modern furnishings. Two large balconies (north and south) invite you to linger in good weather. The apartment is designed for a total of four people, with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame in the living room. On request, we can add a travel cot for children. To access the apartment you need the "Tapkey" app, available in the App Store or Google Play Store. Detailed instructions will then be given a few days before your arrival. A young family with a three-year-old daughter lives in the lower apartment, and an elderly lady with a small dog and two cats lives on the top floor.

Neighbourhood information

The Pauliner Marsch recreational area begins when you cross the street and the Weser promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Whether a walk on the Weser, climbing in the sports garden or stand-up paddling on the Werdersee - this green oasis in the middle of the city offers something for every taste. Various restaurants, pubs and shops are within walking distance. There are now also e-scooters from VOI and TIER in the immediate vicinity (app required). The city center can be reached in approx. Ten minutes by tram (line 3 in the direction of Gröpelingen, stop approx. 450 meters away), a leisurely stroll along the Weser towards the old town, theater and art gallery takes approx. 30 minutes.
