The modern furnished vacation home "Am Eselsberg" is located on the outskirts of Fleringen with direct access to the surrounding meadows and pastures. The house is very well equipped with its own fenced garden area where you can enjoy the fresh air day and night. You can let your children play undisturbed in the fenced garden, for the older ones there is room to run around or play ball on the meadow belonging to the house. The vacation property is very child-friendly. For children up to four years there is a crib and a high chair available. Here your children will feel comfortable and it is guaranteed not to be boring. They can observe the traffic in this vacation home only from a distance. Due to the final location on the outskirts of the village, only the neighbor or occasionally agricultural equipment drives by here. Your active leisure activities whether hiking or cycling you can start directly from the house. To Prüm or known bike and hiking trails you can get away from the traffic on field and meadow paths. Your bicycles, motorcycles or other leisure equipment can be stored dry in the garage belonging to the house when not in use. In addition to the lockable garage parking space, the house has two other car parking spaces on its own property. In case of bad weather you can enjoy the evenings in the spacious interior of the house together playing board games, reading or just watching TV. Due to the hillside location, the first floor is partly in the basement.
