Surrounded by forest, meadows, and scenic swimming ponds, this property spans over 3000 m², offering ample space to relax and come together. It is ideal for hiking enthusiasts and mountain bikers, with the Buntenbock Mountain Meadow Trail in close vicinity and the mountain town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld only 3 km away. Inside, you will find a generous living space of 380 m² that creates a comfortable and inviting environment. Along with a large group stay area with an integrated kitchen, dining area, and a cosy lounge corner with TV, music system, and a wood stove, an exit leads to the spacious terrace. In total, the house has 10 bedrooms for up to 24 people, plus 4 extra beds, limiting the maximum occupancy to 30 people including children. Additional amenities such as 6 toilets, 3 shower rooms, and a storage room with washing machine ensure a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is highlighted by a large terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill, a covered veranda, and a generous outdoor sauna.
