Benvenuti! With Italian passion I have set up a home for you on a spacious 70 square meters. The motto of the apartment is found in the Bauhaus style and impresses with lovingly and harmoniously selected designer furniture. In the apartment located on the top floor you will not miss anything. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a sieve carrier and dishwasher up to high-speed WiFi (250mbit/s) and a bath. You will also find other amenities such as a washing machine with integrated dryer and a library with a reading corner.Due to the location, the apartment is very quiet. For travelers with small children, I can provide you with a cot, high chair and children's toys on request.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is centrally located. There is a stop in front of the house - by bus or train you can be in the center in 10 minutes and at the zoo in 5 minutes. If the night gets longer, you can be back home in 10 minutes with the hourly Leipzig “Nightliner”. Directly in front of the house you will find a supermarket, a bakery for Sunday rolls and a pharmacy for emergencies during the trip.
