This beautiful apartment, measuring approximately 45 m², is located in the basement of an apartment building and is suitable for up to 2 people. If necessary, it can be combined with our two other apartments for up to 6 people. The furnishings are bright and modern. The apartment is located on a thoroughfare in the immediate vicinity of the city harbor, Schwerin Castle, the theater, and the museum. The city center and a swimming area are just a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy your stay in this centrally located apartment, which is located in an apartment building. This means you can meet both local residents and other tourists and guests from all over the world. Everyone is very friendly. The apartment is located on a street that leads along Schwerin's city harbor to the fairytale castle, as well as the museum, the theater, and the city center. Since it is located in the city center, free parking is correspondingly limited. However, just five minutes away, at the wonderful city harbor, there are two large, fenced, paid parking spaces. Since the apartment doesn't currently have a washing machine, we recommend the "Schnell und Sauber" laundry center at "Platz der Freiheit 2." You could take a laundry break there during longer stays.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city harbor, Schwerin Castle, the theater, and the museum. The city center and a swimming area are just a 10-minute walk away. The city harbor and several restaurants, cafes, a Späti (late-food store), a bakery, and a Lidl supermarket are also just a few minutes away. The surrounding area, with its wonderful natural surroundings, offers a perfect balance to the great city center location. Lake Schwerin is just a few minutes' walk away, and the magical sights that our wonderful World Heritage city has to offer are just around the corner. The apartment is located on a street that leads along Schwerin's city harbor to the magical castle, the museum, the theater, and the city center. A bus stop and a bicycle rental are right around the corner. Several great playgrounds are also within walking distance. Since the accommodation is located in the city center, parking in the nearby fenced parking lot "Am Stadthafen" (Schliemannstr. 20) is the most convenient.
