Discover the perfect city dwelling with a balcony, in the prime location of Essen – a charming, spacious, and freshly renovated apartment that impresses with its modern amenities and excellent location. The accommodation can host up to six people. Our property features two bedrooms, each with a cozy king-size bed, and a lovingly furnished living room with a dining area. The living room, in line with our "City Comfort" concept, is equipped with a SMART TV where you can access Netflix and Amazon Prime with your personal account. It is complemented by an extra comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to work undisturbed at the height-adjustable desk with a cozy office chair, located in one of the bedrooms. We will provide you with the Wi-Fi password on the check-in day. Bed linen and towels are also laid out by us. Our kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped and offers everything your heart desires. It includes an induction stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and much more. Upon prior request, we are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge.

The apartment is located right in the lively and popular area of Holsterhausen. You will receive the instructions for "Check-In" to the property in advance from us via a message on AirBnB and/or email. You can park right outside the door or in the nearby vicinity. The surrounding area at a glance: - 1.5 km to the fairgrounds - 350 m to the university hospital - Subway station right outside the door - Edeka supermarket & bakery opposite - 20 minutes on foot to the beautiful and vibrant pub district "Rü" with many restaurants, cafes, and bars.
