This wonderful Studio is perfectly Located (50m from the Subway) and have all necessary utilities to feel comfortable and "Home" from the very 1st Moment. With its size of 36m² + Balcony as well as fully equipped Kitchen + Washing Machine + TV + Soundsystem you should have everything you might need for your stay. If needed, you can also book our Parking lot so you don´t need to find a place to park your car.
