This bright 2-room top floor apartment with a view and a large garden is located in a well-kept six-party house in a central location in Sulzbach am Main.
The approximately 45 square meter apartment is divided into the living and dining area with kitchenette, as well as the bedroom with bed (1.6 x 2m).
In the living area there is a second bed (1.4 x 2m) instead of the couch.
The new daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
A small parking space is available directly in front of the house. Parking is also free in the surrounding streets.
