Equipment/special features: Size approx. 60 m², consisting of: 1 spacious living / dining room (pull-out couch in the living / dining room, which offers space to sleep for an adult or two children) with kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed, large closet (2.40 m wide) and chest of drawers. Appealing individual furnishings with a feel-good atmosphere, terrace & garden with Mediterranean flair, accessible at ground level from the living / dining room barbecue facilities, underfloor heating, cork flooring in the living / dining room, remaining rooms tiled, flat screen TV, free WIFI, car parking space included.
Location: ideal location between center &amp lake, walking distance: 3 minutes to the viewing platform with great views of the Chiemgau Alps, 8 minutes to the lake / Chiemsee boat landing, 5 minutes to the clinics, 10-12 minutes to the center and Prien train station, 5-10 minutes to several restaurants and shopping.
