“Super netter Vermieter und tolle Wohnung. Kaffee und Tee waren sogar vorhanden. Es ist ein älteres Haus und der Eigentümer saniert gerade das Treppenhaus (Elektrik wird erneuert) deshalb einen Punkt Abzug.”
