Our apartment has about 105 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor as an attic apartment. The open kitchen-living room has a height of 4.50 m. The gable faces south, the kitchen faces east and the bedroom faces west. From 3 people there is another room of approx. 32 square meters + separate toilet. The apartment is 5 km from Leutkirch, below Schloss Zeil.

Zeil Castle 15+ minutes walk 100 meters in altitude. Center Parks Allgäu 12.5 km, Lindau on Lake Constance approx. 35 minutes by car (45 km) Zürs Lech approx. 1.5 hours by car. Neuschwanstein Castle 85 km 70 minutes by car. Great Alpsee 50 min. 45 km. Footpaths and bike paths in the immediate vicinity. Bus connection approx. 800m, train station approx. 6 km.
