Our property offers a beautifully furnished holiday apartment of about 75 m² for 2–4 guests (+1 child), featuring two separate bedrooms. The house is set on a sunny south-facing slope with views of mountains and meadows. The apartment includes a large balcony with a wonderful view and an awning for shade. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, mixer, and toaster. In the living room, you will find a spacious corner sofa and a reading nook. The modern wall unit provides plenty of storage space. A 32" flat-screen TV with USB port, digital radio (DAB+/FM), CD player with MP3 playback, Bluetooth, and USB storage are available. Wi-Fi is free of charge. The bathroom has natural light and a window. Outside, there is a lawn for sunbathing, as well as a swing, slide, and sandbox for children. The house is in a quiet location without through traffic, on a small hill. A large yard with parking is available. A cot and high chair are provided. A safe ensures the security of your valuables. Bicycle rental and a child’s bike seat (also a children’s bike) are offered free of charge. You can store your own bicycles in the garage at no extra cost. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
