A sizable room (24 m2) with separate entrance, and a large balcony (10 m2) with a modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, a desk with TV and a comfortable bed (2,00x1,60). The associated shower bath (2 meters away) is accessable from the corridor and exclusivly used by you. Our house is situated in a quiet dead end street, about 150 meters to the tram towards downtown (about 10 minutes by tram). Cafe, restaurants, shops and public swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. The room with its own entrance from the hall is newly renovated, with natural wood floors and tastefully decorated. It is ideal for holidays in Freiburg, as well as for business trips and longer stays. The KITCHEN is equipped with dishes for 4 people and has a fridge and ceramic stove. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are also available. The DINING AREA consists of a table, two comfortable chairs and a shelf that can be used as storage. On the shelf you find a small library. The BED (200 x 160) is very comfotable and has 2 night tables. The DESK has a glass top. The TELEVISION has a flat Screen. The WARDROBE has enough space for a longer stay.
We are travelling a lot to other places in Germany and abroad. And we appreciate very much beautiful accommodations and the hospitality of the hosts. The same, we want to give visitors as guests in our private home. We are looking forward to meet interesting people.
