About the accommodation: In fall 2024, we moved into this beautiful brick house and would like to rent out the rooms on the upper floor. The upper floor consists of two rooms: 1.) Studio with balcony: The cozy studio (34 m²) in a quiet location has been freshly renovated and is ideal for a comfortable stay. The large balcony (10 m²) invites you to relax. The studio has its own bathroom, a kitchenette, and a workspace for working from home. 2.) Standard apartment: This bright, newly renovated room in a quiet location is ideal for short or long stays. The beautifully renovated private bathroom is accessible via the hallway. A private kitchenette and a workspace for home office are at your disposal.
