Property information

Our two apartments are located in the so-called “Sprem.” This traditional Cottbus shopping street leads directly to the beautiful Old Market Square, which can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. It also takes just 1 minute to reach the Spremberg Tower and 7 minutes to reach the town hall. The apartment has been recently renovated.

Neighbourhood information

Your accommodation is located in the heart of Cottbus' pedestrian zone – it couldn't be better! Right outside the door, you will find cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and shops for your daily needs. The Altmarkt with its historic facades is just a few steps away and invites you to stroll or linger. For culture lovers, the Cottbus State Theater is just around the corner. The art museum and the town hall are also within walking distance. If you prefer to be out in the countryside, Branitzer Park is just a short trip away – a masterpiece of garden design by Prince Pückler with extensive paths, ponds, and romantic spots. Everything you need is close by – and you're right in the middle of lively city life.
