SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. Welcome to our rustic holiday home in the heart of Hochsauerland! This spacious, detached house is perfect for groups of up to 12 people, whether several families or a group of friends. The layout over three floors offers everyone plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing stay. Highlights: Spacious Living Spaces: A cosy living room with wood-burning stove, ideal for cosy evenings. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker make cooking easy and enjoyable. Comfortable Bedrooms: 6 bedrooms, including rooms with double and single beds, ensure a good night's sleep. Outdoor Fun: Enjoy the large landscaped garden (1150 m²) with a covered garden pavilion and barbecue - perfect for shared meals in the fresh air. Modern Conveniences: Free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and ample parking for 5 cars. Please note that on arrival, the meter readings of oil, water and electricity will be taken. This will be settled with you on site after departure

Location: The holiday home is the perfect base for activities in any season. In winter, Winterberg's ski lifts (12 km) and cross-country ski trails (7 km) are within easy reach. In summer, the Rothaarsteig hiking trails and mountain bike parks offer plenty of opportunities for adventure. For quiet days, you can fish, cycle along the Ruhr Valley Route or relax at a lake (10 km). Restaurants and shops are nearby for added convenience. Whether you are looking for action or relaxation, this holiday home combines comfort, nature and adventure in one. Pets (max 2) are also welcome, so the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable holiday! .
