Property information

Newly built holiday complex on the sunny southern slope of Schierke! The luxurious holiday homes leave nothing to be desired and promise perfect relaxation after an active day in the beautiful forests or on the nearby Brocken, the highest mountain in the Harz Mountains. Schierke is small and charming. It lies directly at the foot of the Brocken and is a climatic health resort and winter sports resort in one. The beautiful spa park, the historic train station with the Brockenbahn and of course the unique location for hikers and skiers make Schierke an attractive holiday destination. There is a supermarket, several cafés and restaurants and, of course, a sales outlet for the well-known "Schierker Feuerstein" in the former local pharmacy. Highlights included: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning WLAN Activities in the area: You can walk to the Brockenbahn train station in just over 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you can start your trips to the Brocken, Wurmberg or other exciting destinations on designated paths. Wernigerode or Braunlage can be reached quickly by car. Mountain bikers can look forward to the area called "Mountainbikeschaukel" between Schierke and the Wurmberg with tours of various levels of difficulty, steep climbs and beautiful views from the summit. In winter, Schierke offers ideal cross-country skiing conditions: around 40 km of trails sometimes reach altitudes of over 1,000 meters. This difference in altitude is considered attractive Special feature of the Schierker Loipen, because both ascents and descents sometimes place high demands on the skier.
