All stores for daily needs and the Rathaus-Galerie shopping center are just a 4-minute walk away. The 130 square meters extend over three floors, so that even larger groups will find enough space and retreat options. The inviting kitchen and dining area with adjoining guest WC and an outdoor terrace with seating welcomes you on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and everything you need for cozy cooking evenings. The dining table seats 8 people. Take the stairs to the second floor and make yourself comfortable in the stylish living room with a 65-inch Smart TV. The couch can be converted into a comfortable bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) in no time at all. The first bedroom with en suite bathroom including rain shower is also located on this floor. A 1.80 m x 2.00 m box-spring bed awaits you here for a restful night's sleep. There are two further bedrooms on the second floor, equipped with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m box-spring bed and two single box-spring beds (90 m x 2.00 m) that can be joined together. There is also a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub. When you arrive, you can park your car in the garage right next door free of charge.
