Company information

The R & T Service UG is a young company, founded in 2019. We started with our holiday flat Belvedere and in May 2021 the GP3 was added to our portfolio. Our aim is to offer our guest an uncomplicated and enjoyable stay, in accordance with our motto "Hospitality for friends". And all this directly on the gateway to Berlin, for a much more reasonable price than in the capital. Automated booking and check-in procedures, smart key systems are also taking an important part. Beside to widen our portfolio, a constant modernisation and renovation is on our focus, and of course the most important part, you, the guest.

The guesthouse GP3 consists of 6 double and 4 single rooms. All rooms are equipped with private bath, kitchenette, satellite-television and free of charge high-speed Wifi. The GP3 offers therefore everything you need for a pleasant stay. Whether it is for a business or leisure stay, where the focus is set on the overnight stay.

Beside the beautiful nature of the Havelland there are many more things to see and do, i.e. „Karls Erlebnisdorf“ in Elstal, the design outlet Berlin in Wustermark or the „Havelpark“ (shopping mall). Shops for daily consumer needs are close-by, And a small selection of restaurants is also available. In the near-by small town there you will furthermore find a cinema, open air swimming pool and a billard nad bowling bar. And finally there is Berlin, of course. The vibrant cosmopolitan city with all its sights and attractions.
