Family friendly, modern F**** certified holiday home, next to skiing slope and hiking trails. 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, modern furnishings and fully equipped kitchen The F**** certified cottage has 2 floors on 79 m² and can accommodate for up to 6 people in three separate bedrooms ( 2x double beds 180x200cm, 1x double bed 160x200cm), which can be found on the upper floor besides a bathroom with shower and bath plus SAT/TV in one of the bedrooms. The living room on the ground floor is modernly decorated and equipped with Smart TV, DVD player and free WiFi (WiFi-infrastructure within the Holiday House plus wide band intranet access). The kitchen is complete and contemporary equipped, including dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, a cooker with oven and a coffee maker beside others. The outdoor area has direct access to the ski slope and toboggan run. The terrace with garden furniture is also available for having barbecue. Neighbourhood information

Our renovated half-timbered house with comfortable furnishings is located on the sunny south-east slope in a quiet location above the center of the health resort Neuastenberg with direct, stunning views of the "Sauerland nature". Here you can sunbathe in peace, forget the everyday worries and relax in the swimming pool and the sauna area. In winter you can ski or toboggan runs directly from the house into attractive Postwiesen-ski. The outdoor area has direct access to the ski slope and toboggan run. The terrace with garden furniture is also available for having barbecue. A reserved parking space in the parking lot belongs to the cottage as well.
