Welcome to LIT Living in the beautiful old town of Ladenburg! Our listed and in great style newly furnished old town apartment offers you everything you need for a wonderful stay. Here you will find, among other things: → Super central → 3 bedrooms with queen and king size box spring beds. → Large Smart TV with NETFLIX → A designer sleeper sofa & an exclusive swing. → NESPRESSO coffee & country tea → A kitchen island equipped with Miele appliances. This beautiful old apartment in a listed building has been renovated, refurbished and modernized. It awaits you with great facilities and offers space for up to 8 people. After parking your car in the first covered parking space, you can enter the apartment. You can expect 108 square meters apartment with 3 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen island and kitchenette. You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee or a cup of tea and enjoy all the wonderful amenities. All bedrooms have Premium Box Spring beds and one also has a workstation. In the living room there is a comfortable seat swing on which you can super read books. There is also a beautiful designer sofa with a sleep function. On the 55" TV you can watch Netflix or TV in peace. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen island and kitchenette on a good level to cook good treats. It also has an oven, dishwasher, Miele ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, sink and everything else you need. The bathroom is equipped with rain shower and there is a washer-dryer. Of course we provide fresh towels and all the other essentials like shower gel & shampoo

Neighbourhood information

You will live in the middle of the beautiful old town in Ladenburg. Stores and restaurants are right around the corner and you only need a few minutes to the marketplace. A train station is also within walking distance and offers the best connections to Heidelberg or Mannheim and a playground is also not far away. It doesn't get much more central than this! The picturesque old town invites you to relax, ideal to unwind and simply switch off from everyday life.
