Our fully equipped apartment is located in a quiet location just a few meters away from the large shopping center Weiden (Big Mall). The infrastructure is excellent. On the one hand, the motorway junction Cologne-West (motorway in all four directions) is only three minutes away (by car), and the stadtbahn line (tram line 1) and the S-Bahn (direction Dom/Messe or direction Düren/Aachen) are within walking distance. Also the RheinEnergieSTADION, home of the 1st FC Cologne and large concert location, is only three stops or about 2 km away. Immediately on the doorstep, the express bus departs in the direction of the city centre. Ideal for business travelers is the desk as well as a powerful Wi-Fi network in the apartment. The TV has pre-installed the popular streaming apps, so you don't have to do without Netflix or Amazon Prime Video (via your login) in your apartment. Immediately in front of the entrance of the apartment there is a free parking space reserved for the guest, so that you can reach the building even in the rain almost dry foot. The fully equipped apartment invites you to stay longer with separate kitchen (with coffee maker, oven, stove and microwave) and washing machine. The longer you book, the cheaper it will be for you!

We have been living in Cologne and its surroundings for over 25 years and can therefore give our guests numerous tips on the way to explore the "most beautiful city in Germany" (quote from the stadium announcer). The optimal infrastructure and proximity to all public transport and transport is great, whether you are a business traveller or a tourist. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point to get to know the sights and culture of this wonderful city better. Walk to the tram Line 1 and 20 minutes later you are right in the city centre near the cathedral, trade fair, Schildergasse, museums, theatres, breweries, beer gardens, old town, chocolate museum, crane houses and countless other attractions. If you leave tram 1 after just five minutes, you will be at RheinEnergieSTADION and can enjoy Bundesliga football, big concerts and stadium tours. Behind the stadium begins the "Green Belt", a long time ago artificialrecreation area created by Konrad Adenauer. There you can make long hikes along several lakes on well-kept walking and bicycle paths and enjoy life.
