Welcome to GoldiLocks Chalet! 🍳 Cooking & Dining Our kitchen is brand new and fully equipped: Bora induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine (Coffee B), milk frother, kettle and kitchen linen. Everything you need to enjoy a hearty breakfast or a cosy dinner together. We provide a starter supply of coffee, dishwasher tablets, a bin bag, plus oil and spices for cooking. 🛋 Living & Relaxing - Two seating areas: lounge sofa + cosy spot by the fireplace - Smart TV with Netflix and local radio/TV channels - Wide selection of books and board games, children’s toys available - Dining table for 6 people + high chair - Free WiFi - Authentic winter garden with garden view and a foosball table! 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom is designed as a place to fully relax. It features a spacious walk-in rain shower, a double sink with ambient lighting and a toilet. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine. Towels (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small per person) are provided upon arrival, so you don’t need to bring your own. 😴 Sleeping - Master bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm) + plenty of storage - Second room: sturdy bunk bed (90x200 cm), suitable for adults too - Travel cot available on request - Bed linen included and freshly made on arrival! (excl. baby cot) 🌳 Outdoor Living Step outside and enjoy the spacious garden with two private terraces. Whether it’s morning coffee in the sun, a relaxing afternoon break or an evening under the stars, there’s always a perfect spot to unwind. For children, a brand-new trampoline with safety net is available. During winter, a separate storage room is provided for ski equipment, complete with snow shovel and sled for extra fun in the snow. And perhaps best of all: here you’ll find the peace and space to escape the rush of everyday life.

Hello! We are Mark and Nicky, the proud owners of this cozy holiday home. We have completely renovated the house and put in a lot of hard work ourselves. From the layout to the interior design, everything has been carefully planned and designed to create a place where families, couples, and groups of friends can feel right at home. Winterberg is one of our favorite destinations, both in winter and summer. We've been coming here for several years— with and without kids— and we absolutely love it! From skiing and sledding in winter to hiking and enjoying nature in summer, there's always something to do. We understand how important it is to have a comfortable and stress-free vacation. That’s why we have equipped our home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area by the fireplace—everything to make you feel completely at ease. Erlebnisberg Kappe: Both free and paid activities for all ages. There is a beautiful playground that you can visit for free. Additionally, there is a toboggan run, a climbing park, and a suspension bridge, which you can enjoy for a small fee. There is also a restaurant with a panoramic view, perfect for lunch, dinner, or just a drink. The restaurant features a play area for children, which is visible from most seating areas. Restaurants: - Pancake House Der Brabander: A great restaurant where you can enjoy a meal with children. The price-quality ratio is excellent. You can park at the restaurant (sometimes for free, but often paid, depending on the time of day) or within walking distance. Be aware that it can get very busy here, so plan accordingly. There is no indoor play area, but in good weather, you can sit on the terrace, where there is some entertainment for small children (up to about 5 years old). This is located at the back of the building, not in the front! - Athen: If you’re looking for great Greek food in Germany, this is the place to go. Keep in mind that the restaurant can get very crowded, so making a reservation is recommended. Activities: Hillebachsee – Niedersfeld: Walking at Hillebachsee is enjoyable in all seasons, but on a sunny day, it is truly fantastic. For older children, there are water sports activities, while parents can relax at the restaurant and keep an eye on them. There is also a small designated area where parents and/or children can swim in the lake. Additionally, there is a large field with both a football and a basketball court. There is also a great playground with various play equipment, good picnic facilities (including picnic tables), and even toilets are being built! Changing rooms are already available.
