The apartment is completely new constructed in 2023. This is single room apartment equipped with Smart TV (Magenta TV and Amazone prime App), WC and shower, Refrigerator, Electric stove, desk and bed, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery .... It is located in Loßnitzstraße 18, just 4 minutes far from Neustadt main train station. Lidl supermarket is available (in Main train station) . The apartment is equipped with floor heating.
