Der Gast - nimmt am Modellprojekt teil. - reist nur mit einem negativen Antigen-Schnelltest oder PCR-Test nicht älter als 48 Stunden an und zeigt diesen dem Vermieter vor. - lässt sich in der Region spätestens am dritten Tag erneut testen. - tritt bei positivem Test umgehend die Heimreise im eigenen Fahrzeug an – im Notfall Quarantäne im Ferienquartier bei entsprechender Übernahme der Mietkosten. - stimmt der Erfassung, temporären Speicherung und Verarbeitung seiner Daten im Rahmen des Modellprojektes zu. - stimmt der Weiterleitung dieser Daten an die örtlichen und heimischen Gesundheitsämter zu. - verpflichtet sich, die Luca-App zu nutzen. - verpflichtet sich auch nach Rückkehr an den Heimatort eine innerhalb der folgenden drei Wochen erlittene Coronainfektion an das zuständige Gesundheitsamt im Modellprojekt zu melden.
