If you are looking for a quiet and cozy space to come after a busy day of sightseeing or attending events in Ulm, and you still want to be close to the city, our place is the perfect fit. The space is large and you will feel at home having your own space with a private garden. The tram and bus stop is located right next to our property and it is only a 5-7 minute ride into the city center. You can also walk and be there in 10-15 minutes. There is a post office, drug store and turkish sandwich shop right up the street. Also Rewe and a bakery are also about a 7-10 minute walk from our house.
Both Wolfram and I enjoy meeting people from all over the world. We have travelled a lot and we try to offer all of the amenities and comfort we have experienced over the years.
The property has street parking nearby, a park with a playground just 200 meters away, and also a a path to enjoy a walk in the forest at the end of the park up the hill. In 7 minutes with the tram, you can be at the Ulm cathedral, the tallest in the world. Lots of international restaurants are also found in the city.
