Welcome to the holiday apartment Sonnengarten Olivia! The approx. 95 square metre & family-friendly holiday apartment in direct proximity to several playgrounds, is located on the ground floor of a recently opened apartment building in the new development area "Herzstück". The central location of Garmisch, the Marienplatz and the lively pedestrian zone are only a few steps away. This apartment is divided as follows: open plan living & dining area, one bedroom with double bed, a children's room with loft bed (and additional base with a third bed) with adjacent bathroom with tub / toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. The entrance area leads directly to the elevator, which takes you to the corresponding underground parking space. The surrounding terrace with its own garden area not only invites you for a cosy get-together, but also an electric grill is available here. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed here. This is a non-smoking apartment. WLAN is free of charge!
