High-speed WLAN and Smart TV invite you to switch off on the spacious sofa after a busy day. There are also books, card games and a Bose Soundlink for your favourite music. The living room also has air conditioning, two well-equipped workstations with comfortable chairs, several sockets, USB ports and wireless charging function. From the living room you have access to a spacious, covered balcony. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds and high-quality brand mattresses. You will also find hotel-quality bed linen and towels as well as open wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your luggage. The completely new and fully equipped kitchen has a counter with two bar stools. It also has a fridge & freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine including a selection of coffee and tea. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as spices, vinegar and oil. The modern bathroom has a rain shower with a floor-to-ceiling glass front. Here, too, you will find everything you could wish for in a home: towels, towel radiator, hairdryer as well as soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The toilet is located in a separate room. Here you will also find a free washer-dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Erlensee and just a few minutes from the A45 and A66 motorway junctions. It impresses with its excellent location: - Hanau main station - 10 minutes by car - Hanau city centre - 10 minutes by car - Frankfurt airport - 30 minutes by car - Frankfurt stadium - 25-30 minutes by car - Frankfurt main station - 35 minutes by car - Frankfurt trade fair - 35 minutes by car The numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the Hanau Wilhelmsbad State Park, Philippsruhe Castle, Ronneburg Castle with its castle museum, the German Goldsmiths' House in Hanau, the Imperial Palace in Gelnhausen or Seligenstadt Monastery offer many opportunities for leisure activities. Two bus stops with connections to Hanau and the surrounding villages are just a 3-minute walk away. There are also numerous shopping facilities within walking distance, such as supermarkets and bakeries as well as a drinks market and a chemist (Lidl, Logo, REWE, Rossmann chemist, papperts bakery). A pharmacy is just a two-minute drive away.
