Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of the Sauerland region! This newly renovated holiday home is situated on the southern slope of Lake Hennesee, nestled within a tranquil holiday park – ideal for nature lovers, cyclists, swimmers, and pet owners. Summer Adventures Enjoy swimming, fishing, surfing, hiking, Nordic walking, and cycling around the lake. Stroll along the picturesque lakeside promenade with its fountains, cafes, and restaurants, or experience the maritime charm of a boat trip. Nearby Attractions: Thrill-seekers will love the Fort Fun amusement park, while winter guests can explore the slopes of the Winterberg ski area (30 km) or the nearby cross-country and downhill ski trails. Comfort & Style The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and new tiled flooring, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed and bunk beds with ladder access. The sofa bed measures 140 cm x 200 cm. Please note that you should bring your own bed linen. The spacious terrace is furnished with garden furniture, loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue, inviting you to relax outdoors. Easy access & parking: Your private parking space “ODH 3” is conveniently located on “Auf der Eicke” street, right next to the stairs leading to the house.
