Summary: On the historic site of the old blacksmith, an old 800-year-old fountain was incorporated into the elegant location during the elaborate restoration. You will find an open, elegant loft that leaves nothing to be desired. A bedroom, an open luxury kitchen, a large living room which can be used overnight as a place to stay for four more people. An additional guest toilet and a luxurious bathroom with toilet and free-standing bathtub enable you to have a relaxing stay. The Living Space: The entire building is equipped with indirect lighting, TV, Wi-Fi and a modern music system. The kitchen is with a ceramic hob, integrated fume extraction a centerpiece of the loft. It can be an unforgettable experience in an elegant dining area. The outdoor terrace can be used by the guests. The design of the house is an eye-catcher due to a mix of old core components of the forge and elegant fixtures.
We, a young at heart, raise the claim to welcome every nationality after more than 20 years abroad. We live in the house next door and would be happy to recommend local attractions. We speak and communicate in German, Russian, Ukraine and English
The location is about 6 minute’s walk from Phönixsee in Dortmund. The city center can be reached in 8 minutes by local transport. Access to the A1, B236, A40 motorways is about 6 minutes by car. The football stadium of the BVB and the football museum can be reached by public transport in less than 10 minutes. In the same target area is the Dortmund fair and concert grounds. University reachable in 15min, Indupark Shopping Mall in 15min; Ruhrpark Shopping Mall 18min, Restaurants are nearby. Transport Bus stop can be reached in a minute on foot. Bank, supermarket, hair stylist and Bakery are nearby.
