Exclusive villa located at 1069 meters above sea level, with 3972 sqft living space + approx. 1070 sqft usable area. Surrounded by 1908 square meters of park land. Heated indoor pool and sauna available. , There is a pond in the garden. Non-swimmers must be supervised. entire property is equipped with underfloor heating, which creates a very cozy living atmosphere.
There is also a tiled stove in the living room and an open fireplace in the swimming pool.
There is a football table, an indoor table tennis table and an electronic dart board for guests to use.
In 15 minutes driving distance to the Feldberg ski lifts (biggest and highest skiing area in the Schwarzwald) as well as the swimming lakes Schluchsee and Titisee. Located in a wonderful, quiet, south-facing slope, with direct forest access. A 9.5 km cross-country ski run runs 100 meters behind the house.
