“1 -A-Lage: direkt am Strand und dennoch ruhig. Sowohl außen, als auch im Haus selber. Das Haus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber durch das separate Treppenhaus so geschickt gebaut, dass kein Treppenhauslärm in den Wohnungen hörbar ist.”
