Arrive - feel well - relax! Just 10 minutes away from Badewelt Sinsheim you´ll find our freshly renovated clean and cozy apartment. It´s furnished in light and smooth colours and styled with a lot of love and details. The apartment is an ideal lodging for every age. Whether you are alone or with family, adventurous or business people - everybody is welcome! Our guests have a completely enclosed living space for themselves. Access to the apartment is via a shared entrance and a shared staircase.Your apartment is completely separate. Parking is available on the street or directly at the house. The apartment has a great layout and is on ground floor level. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with dining area which can easily be used as working space, a kitchen and a storeroom. You also have a privat and east-faced patio. We live in the rest of the house, so we are always close by if you have any questions.
Our house has a really quiet neighborhood. The "Auto-Technik-Museum" (oldtimer museum) and "Badewelt" (a kind of indoor pool with spa) and the "Hoffenheim" - soccerstadium are just a few minutes by car. In a 10 minutes walk you will get to a small supermarket, butcher and bakery, thrift, pharmacy and greece restaurant and pizza service. In a 15 minutes walk you will reach the inner city with cinema, pedestrian zone, more bars, shops and restaurant and Sinsheim Main Station. You may reach Heidelberg and Heilbronn by car in 25 minutes, Mannheim is 35 minutes away. By local transport you will need nearly the same time.
