Die frisch sanierte zwei Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhig und zentral gelegenem Haus im 2. Stock. Es erwarten Sie ein abgetrennter Schlafbereich sowie ein gemütlicher Wohn&Essbereich und ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf die Iburg.
Die Innenstadt ist gute 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind binnen 2-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Weiterhin liegen die Driburger Therme sowie die Caspar-Heinrich & Knappschafts Klinik in einem Umkreis von 5 Minuten.
