Own department in big villa in Troense w 1 ha big garden & park and ocean view from the garden to Thurø and Langeland. Own entrance, 1 big room w double bed and dinner table for 6, big entrance hall with a sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 kids, and own smaller bathroom. There is a fridge, toaster, coffee machine, tea maker and access to an external full kitchen in the basement. Free access to the park with the fitness station. Best suitable for parents + 2 kids (walk through from big double room through entrance hall to WC) (This property has 3 rental units with room for 4 each - in total space for 12 people if you rent all 3 departments) Located 34 m above sea level - fantastic view. The castle Valdemarsslot (2,5 km away), the Old Ambrosius Oak (2 km), Bregninge Church (1,3 km) 72 m above sea level (From the tower you can see 28 islands, 65 church towers, 20 manors and castles), Hotel Troense, Troense harbor (2 km), Landet cemetery (4 km) where Elvira Madigan and Sixten Sparre are buried, boat trip "Helge" - bike ride to Langeland (17 km) and Thurø (10 km), ferry to Ærø, bridge to Svendborg, where you can visit Naturama (4 km) or continue to Egeskov Castle (10 km).
