At Sønder Klitvej 118, just outside Hvide Sande in Hauvrig, you will find an exclusive holiday home that will be completely renovated in 2024. The bright and modern holiday home is 61 m² in size and designed for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, and the heart of the home – the living room – is open to the kitchen. From here, you have a fantastic view of the terraces and the beautiful landscape. The light-flooded room, created by the large windows, is the perfect place for the whole family to get together and make themselves comfortable in front of the fireplace. The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with an oven, combination microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a kitchen cabinet with integrated freezer compartment. Thanks to the direct connecting door to the rear terrace, you can easily take your meals outside and enjoy them in the sunset. For cooler days, an inexpensive and environmentally friendly heat pump has been installed, and the bathroom offers pleasant warmth thanks to underfloor heating. A washing machine is also available in the holiday home. Inside, you will find first-class entertainment options, including two televisions, one of which functions as a home cinema with a soundbar and PlayStation 5. The other television is equipped with Chromecast and Apple TV and has fibre optic internet and a complete TV package with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and at least three German channels. The façade of the house and the large terraces of over 100 m² are completely clad in wood, giving the house a welcoming and elegant appearance. One terrace is covered and shielded from the sea on one side, so you can sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere even in cooler weather. Behind the house, you will also find a luxurious spa and a large sauna with an outdoor shower, offering you a unique wellness experience surrounded by beautiful nature.
