This spacious holiday home is set on a large, fully fenced natural plot, providing plenty of space for the whole family. The open-plan kitchen and living area forms the heart of the home, featuring a cozy sitting and dining area, as well as an alcove with a double bed. The kitchen boasts a stylish island with bar stools, perfect for shared meals and casual gatherings. The living room is equipped with both a climate-friendly heat pump and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. From the living area, guests have direct access to a partially covered terrace and the expansive garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation and play. The living room TV comes with Chromecast for streaming your favorite content. The house includes three bedrooms: two bedrooms feature a family bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above, while the third bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The fully enclosed plot ensures children can play safely, and there is ample space for outdoor activities on the large lawn. A variety of play equipment is available, including table tennis and darts, making it perfect for family fun. This property offers a combination of modern comfort, family-friendly amenities, and a secure, private outdoor space. Rental is not permitted to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
