Palm City is very close to the popular Palm Beach, a good sandy beach with public facilities. The cottage is located on the edge of the area and therefore closer to the water than other properties. The house is optimally furnished with beautiful furniture and very inviting. Living room and kitchen on the second floor, as well as the large balcony provide a good ambience and a beautiful view. The popular palm beach with beach volleyball courts is only a few minutes away. In the evening there is a nice atmosphere in the marina and in the associated restaurant. Construction activity may occur.
