Because of the beach and good swimming water, as well as excellent fishing, the whole area is very popular. From the house it is 17 km to the towns of Ebeltoft and Rønde, and Mols Bjerge, where you can do excellent mountain biking, is less than 5 km away. The area where the house is located is part of Mols Bjerge National Park.
