The house is heated with underfloor heating powered by an environmentally friendly air-to-water heat pump. Please note the gas fireplace in the living room is not available for guest use. Outside, a large covered terrace provides the perfect setting for enjoying summer days, barbecues, or simply relaxing while taking in the surrounding natural landscape.
